By placing an order with O3 Customs, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products All products are made to order. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

2. Intellectual Property By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm you have the legal right to use and reproduce them. O3 Customs is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

3. Proof Approval If a proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before production begins. O3 Customs is not liable for errors approved by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that arrive defective or damaged. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

6. Shipping & Delivery Estimated production and shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. O3 Customs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability O3 Customs' liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
